What a day....

Managed to escape a whole load of scolding.
I was supposed to serve this idiot, when i pass it over to robert.
Minutes later screaming and shouting started, even everyone in the room could hear. Shocked and stumbled, i asked whether the shouting came from my counter. And, the answer was Y.E.S OMGG! Feel so guilty luhh, instead of me, robert got shouted at. IDIOT IDIOT IDIOT.
We're here to return your f phones not to be scolded at.

F-up lady.
Over all she's just a bitch. Please go bang the wall(: Thankyou.

Screwed up again.
Told this customer we only change the motherboard for him. He insisted saying that i said i'll change for him the motherboard. Rebutted him saying i didnt not say that, and when did i said that. In the end, we changed a new phone for him, and i told the wrong info to him.

Problematic case.
The contacts inside the phone was gone, yet no s/w upgrade was done. Totally clueless, was freaking scared asking for senior to help. And he told me to go learn myself..... I almost cried. Didnt know how to deal with it. In the end, contacts were retrieved(:

Idiotic Deaf Ass.
Insisting the phone audio was spoilt, changed the ear piece for him TWICE, and still complain. ._. Maybe instead of a new ear piece for the phone, he may want to consider getting a new ear himself. O.O

Realized that i'm a weirdo.
Using toothpaste brands like sensodyne, i'll feel that my teeth is not clean. ._.
